Our company background

Insecon Oy was established in 2012 when a local group of investors decided to acquire the business operations of TP-Tuotantoautomaatio Oy. As part of the transaction the skilled personnel of TP-Tuotantoautomaatio transferred to the new company, which was named TP-Automaatio Oy. The roots of TP-Tuotantoautomaatio trace back to the Tampella era through its TehdasPalvelu business operations.

In 2017, TP-Automaatio changed its name to Insecon Oy. A new strong player in the industrial electrical and automation sector was born in 2019 when Insecon Oy and Tampereen Teollisuusautomaatio Oy (TTA) merged their operations.

HSEQ

Insecon Oy is a Kiwa-certified company. The HSEQ assessment reviews the company’s processes and practices in occupational health and safety (HS), environmental responsibility (E), and quality performance (Q). The ISO-std aligned assessment criteria are based on principles jointly approved by client companies. The current certificate was awarded with excellent ratings, especially considering the size of our company. Any deficiencies identified during the assessment were added to our development list, and we continuously improve based on these and other emerging needs.

HSEQ approval is important to us as it demonstrates that the company operates according to clearly defined and standardized criteria. At the same time, we aim to apply ISO standards wherever possible.

Safety

Identification and minimization of Safety Risk Factors in project business and maintenance work.
The aim is to identify safety risks and minimize them, both in project-based operations and maintenance activities. This work takes into account not only customer safety practices, but also our own with a proactive approach through training and dedicated safety efforts.

Excellent location

Insecon operates in Pirkkala (Head Office), Tampere, and Nokia. The majority of large and mid-sized production facilities in Southern Finland are located within a 200-kilometer radius of our headquarters. Experience has shown that nearly all of our maintenance services remain competitive within this range. In addition to regional operations, we also provide contracting services and handle specialized assignments throughout Finland as well as at our domestic clients’ international sites.
